Refund policy

ONE UNITED TRIBE RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@oneunitedtribe.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 431 Nahua St, #407, Honolulu, HI 96815. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

ITEMS THAT ARE WORN OR USED WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. If the item is worn or used, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping to return it to you. If you do not pay for return shipping within seven days, the item will be donated to a local LGBTQ+ charity.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RIVAN RIBBONS RETURN POLICY

At Rivan Ribbons, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Order Accuracy

If we make an error with your order, we will absolutely make it right. Customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving their package to report any incorrect items, missing items, or fulfillment issues.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damaged packaging and products so we can assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Precut ribbon
  • Project-ready ribbon sets
  • Custom prepared or specialty packaged items
  • Clearance or final sale items

No Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges on any products.

The printOUT Return, Refund and Rework Policy

At the printOUT, every item is custom made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products and printing services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been approved, processed, or printed.

Proof Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs, mockups, spelling, sizing, colors, placement, and design details before approving production. Once a proof has been approved and production begins, changes cannot be made.

Rework Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work. If there is a verified printing or production error on our part, we may offer a one-time rework of the original design.

To request a rework:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order
  • Clear photo evidence of the issue must be provided
  • The issue must be related to a production defect or printing mistake caused by the printOUT

Reworks are limited to one replacement per design/order and do not apply to customer-submitted artwork issues, incorrect approvals, or normal product variations.

Color Variations & Printing Expectations

Color accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Printed colors may vary slightly due to:

  • Different shirt brands and fabric blends
  • Dye lot variations between garment batches
  • Material texture and absorbency
  • Screen brightness and monitor settings
  • Printing methods and ink reactions

These natural variations are considered normal and are not grounds for refunds or reprints.

Customer Supplied Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded artwork is high quality and print ready. The printOUT is not responsible for:

  • Low resolution images
  • Pixelation or blurry prints
  • Spelling or grammatical errors in submitted designs
  • Poor transparency files
  • Color shifts caused by file formatting

We recommend reviewing all artwork carefully before submission.

Ready-to-Press Prints

All ready-to-press transfers, gang sheets, DTF prints, and custom printed transfer products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Garment & Material Availability

In rare cases, specific garment colors, brands, or sizes may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, we will contact you with the closest available substitute option. Minor variations between garment brands and manufacturing batches are normal.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery with photos of the packaging and products so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Orders canceled before production may be subject to design or setup fees depending on the work already completed.
