Shipping Option: USPS (United States Postal Service)
We exclusively use USPS to deliver your orders. We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (3-8 Business Days)
- Express Shipping (2-5 Business Days)
During checkout, you will be able to choose the option that best suits your desired delivery timeframe. Currently we only ship in the United States and its Territories.
We have partnered with several shipping facilities across the US mainland to ensure the fastest shipping time available according to your location.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. The cost will be shown at checkout so that you can choose between Standard or Express Shipping options.
Processing Time:
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping (USPS): 3-8 business days.
- Express Shipping (USPS): 2-5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking:
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on your package’s location and expected delivery.
Lost or Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@oneunitedtribe.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
If you do not receive your package withing 14 days of ordering, please contact us to resolve the issue.
